Some designs begin with a sketch.

This one began with a piece of leather.

No pattern. No template. No plan.

Just a unique hide with its own shape, texture, and character.

As I worked, the design revealed itself step by step.

Each detail was created in response to the material itself. Every decision belonged to that moment and to that particular piece of leather.

That is why this bag cannot be reproduced.

The leather is gone. The moment has passed.

There will never be another one exactly like it.
