We are currently giving FREE STANDARD REGISTERED WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all purchases. It takes approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery of your product from the date of your payment.
PLEASE NOTE due to the global pandemic there may be shipping delays. If you need your item by a certain date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
You can also upgrade standard shipping to EXPRESS COURIER SHIPPING 5 to 7 days to ensure faster delivery.
Please let me know if you'd like to purchase insurance as we are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or stolen packages.
Any additional taxes and duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges:
- Contact me within: 10 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Our aim is to ensure all our customers are happy and have a great experience shopping with us. However if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it and exchange it for another item in our shop.
All of our items are 100% exchangeable. In the event of a return or exchange we charge a 20% restocking fee. We will not issue a refund for orders that have been worn outside.
All exchange items must be returned in their original and unused condition.
PLEASE NOTE if you want to return or exchange your purchase please contact me and I will let you know my return address. (Please do not return your purchase to the address shown on the box).
The shipping cost must be taken care of by the buyer.
